I am a somatic practitioner, teacher and educator, born in Madrid, Spain. I developed an interest in human suffering at an early age, studying nursing and midwifery shortly after graduating high school. My passion for healing, movement and the human potential led me to graduate from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Europe in 1990. My interest in understanding how the organism relates to gravity and moves through space, shaped by physicality and psyche, has inspired my continual training in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and other somatic therapies, becoming a Certified Advanced Rolfer and Instructor.

I have maintained a private practice for the last 30 years. My work has been inspired by beautiful teachers like Peter Schwind, Jean-Pierre Barral, Hubert Godard and Susan Harper, among others. In the last ten years, tremendous inspiration has arrived through the practice of Dzogchen meditation under Lama Drimed’s guidance. I delight in assisting others through the unfolding process as they heal and grow.
